Nosacīta notiesāšana Latvijā un ārvalstīs

Abstract

Darba temats – „Nosacīta notiesāšana Latvijā un ārvalstīs”. Darbā tiek pētīta nosacītas notiesāšanas institūta vēsture, attīstība Latvijā un ārvalstīs, kā arī analizēta nosacītas notiesāšanas tiesu prakse. Darba mērķis: izanalizēt nosacītas notiesāšanas noteikumus Latvijas Republikas teritorijā un ārvalstīs, izpētīt tiesu praksi, kura skar nosacītas notiesāšanas jautājumu, sniegt atbildi uz jautājumu, kas Latvijā notiek ar likumpārkāpējiem, kuri izcieš sodus ārpus cietuma, kādas problēmas ir saistītas ar nosacīto notiesāšanu un kādi ir to iespējamie risinājumi. Pirmajā nodaļā ir n.n. vēstures izklāsts. Otrajā n.- n.n. jēdziens un būtība. Trešajā n.- n.n. noteikumi Latvijas teritorijā. Ceturtajā n.- n.n. apraksts ārvalstīs. Darbā ir apskatīta tiesu prakse, n.n. statistika par pēdējiem gadiem Latvijā. Ir izmantota speciāla literatūra,norm. akti, materiāli no tiesu prakses un statistiskie dati. The theme– „ The conviction on probation in LV and in the other countries”.Are investigated such factors as c.on p. history, it’s development in LV and in other countries, also analysis of practise of the courts. The purpose:to analyze c. on p. rules in Latvia and other countires, to probe practice of courts, which touches the question of a conviction’s on probation in LV and other countires, to give an answer on question, what happens in LV with offenders, which have a punishment out of prison, what problems exist with the conditional conviction and what is their possible decisions.
