Abstract
Darbā ir veikta papīrmasas balināšanas ar amonija persulfātu skābā vidē metodes izstrāde. Balināta egles (Picea abies), apses (Populus tremula) un baltalkšņa (Alnus incana) papīrmasa. Optimizēti balināšanas apstākļi – reaģentu veidi, koncentrācija, termiskās apstrādes laiks.
Veikti papīrmasas šķiedru izmēru mērījumi. No iegūtā materiāla atlieti paraugi - loksnes, noteikts to baltums un mehāniskās īpašības.
New method of bleaching pulp has been studied in this work – bleaching with ammonium persulphate in acidic medium. Were studied process variables – kind and amount of agents, time of reactions. Effect of various acids on bleaching results were studied. The spruce (Picea abies) pulp, aspen (Populus tremula) pulp, grey alder (Alnus incana) pulp were investigated. Brightness and mechanical properties of the bleached pulp were studied, dimensional properties of fibres of pulp were studied.
