Vietējās kopienas: Baltinavas Kreatīvā centra gadījuma izpēte

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Baltinavas Kreatīvā centra kā vietējās kopienas darbību Baltinavas novadā. Teorētiskais ietvars balstās uz atziņām par vietējo kopienu un kopienas rīcībspēju, prakses kopienas un Aģentu tīklu teorijas teorētisko modeli un Latvijā veikto kopienu analīzi. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, tika veikta gadījuma izpēte. Kā datu ieguves metodes tika izmantotas daļēji strukturētās intervijas, ekspertu intervijas un dokumentu analīze. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka piederība novadam un spēja mobilizēt resursus ir svarīgākie faktori, kuri ietekmē Baltinavas Kreatīvā centra rīcībspēju. Lai sekmētu Baltinavas Kreatīvā centra darbību, ir nepieciešams izveidot oficiālu, strukturālu jauniešu kopienu, kur kopienas tīklu veido līdzvērtīga aģentu iesaiste kopienas darbībā.

The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to study the activities of the Baltinava Creative Center as a local community in Baltinava County. Theoretical framework is based on the knowledge about the local community and it’s legal capacity, the theoretical model of the practice community and the Agents' network theory, and the analysis of communities performed in Latvia. To achieve the goal of this work, a case study was conducted. Partially structured interviews, expert interviews and document analysis were used as data mining methods. The results of the research show that belonging to the county and the ability to mobilize resources are the most important factors that influence the capacity of the Baltinava Creative Center. In order to promote the activities of the Baltinava Creative Center, it is necessary to create an official, structural youth community, where the community network is made up of equal agent involvement in community activities.
