Binokulārās sadarbības izpēte ambliopijas gadījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, datorsalikumā uz 35 lapām. Tas satur 15 attēlus, 2 tabulas un 20 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: bija novērtēt binokulārās sadarbības iespējas ambliopijas gadījumā, ja redzes procesā galvenokārt piedalās ambliopā acs, bet labāk redzošā acs tiek iesaistīta īslaicīgi. Pētījuma dalībnieki: 5 dalībnieki ar ambliopiju un 1 dalībnieks bez ambliopijas, kas kalpoja kā kontrolgrupa. Metode: ar segnetoelektrisko šķidro kristālu briļļu un reakcijas laika palīdzību tika novērtēta binokulārā sadarbība pie dažādām labāk redzošās acs „atvēršanas” latencēm. Rezultāti: netika novērota viennozīmīga reakcijas laika atkarība no „atvēršanas” latences.

The bachelor work is written in Latvian language on 35 pages. It contains 15 pictures, 2 tables and 20 references to literature sources. The aim of the work was to evaluate binocular interaction possibilities in the case of amblyopia, when mainly the ambliope eye is participating in the visual process, but the better seeing eye is participating only for short periods of time. The participants of the research: 5 participants with ambliopia and 1 participant without amblyopia, which served as the control group. Methods: using ferroelectric liquid crystal glasses and reaction time binocular interaction possibilities were analyzed with different better seeing eye „opening” latencies. Results: No significant correlation between reaction time and „opening” latencies was observed.
