Inovāciju projektu vadības pilnveidošana uzņēmumā Lattelecom

Abstract

Darba temats ir Inovācijas procesa nozīme un tā vadīšana valstī. Maģistra darbā iekļauto pētījumu aktualitāti nosaka inovācijas un to ekonomiskā nozīme valstu izaugsmes veicināšanā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izstrādāt priekšlikumus inovācijas procesa vadīšanai valsts mērogā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trijām nodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, pielikumiem un literatūras saraksta. Pirmā nodaļa piedāvā detalizētu informāciju par biznesa procesu vadīšanu, tās elementiem, posmiem un nozīmi. Iepazīstina ar informāciju par inovāciju, tās būtību un nepieciešamību valsts konkurētspējas un darba ražīguma kāpināšanā. Papildus izvērtē inovācijas ietekmi uz valsts iekšzemes kopproduktu un citiem ekonomiskajiem rādītājiem. Otrajā nodaļā ir ietverta informācija par Latvijas inovācijas procesa attīstību un vadīšanu, kā arī ir aprakstīta Latvijas inovācijas politika un sistēma. Iepazīstina ar piemēriem, kas parāda atsevišķu valstu attīstību inovācijas jomā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek izvērtēta inovācijas attīstība un atbalsts Latvijas uzņēmumiem un pētījums par inovācijas nozīmi un vadīšanu uzņēmēju skatījumā. Rezultātā autors nonāca pie secinājumiem, ka inovācijas veicina ekonomisko izaugsmi, sabiedrības labklājību un valsts konkurētspēju kopumā. Ja Latvija vēlas konkurēt un panākt uzplaukumu ES valstu saimē un arī plašākā globālā mērogā, par prioritāru uzdevumu ir jākļūst inovācijas procesa vadīšanas uzlabošanai un pilnveidošanai. Maģistra darba pētījuma rezultāti, izvirzītie secinājumi un priekšlikumi izmantojami izvērtējot Latvijas ekonomikas attīstības prioritāros virzienus, valsts stratēģijas izstrādes procesā. Darba izstrādē izmantoti 59 dažādi literatūras avoti. Darbā iekļautas 114. lapas, ievietoti 21 attēli un 2 tabulas. Darbam ir divi pielikumi.

Main subject of the paper is the significance of innovation process and its management in the country. Topicality of the study included in the master paper is determined by innovations and their economic importance in furthering of national development. The goal is to explore and develop innovative proposals to manage the process nationally. The paper consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusions, annexes and bibliography. The first chapter provides detailed information on business process management, its elements, stages and importance, as well as it presents the information on innovations, their nature and the need for national competitiveness and labour productivity improvements. In addition, in this chapter author has evaluated the impact of innovation on the national gross domestic product and other economic indicators. The second chapter contains information on Latvia's innovation process and governance, as well as describes Latvian innovation policy and system. It has been supplemented with examples that show the development of various countries in the field of innovations. The third chapter deals with the evaluation of innovative development and support of Latvian enterprises and with the study of innovations and management of the business perspective. Consequently, the author came to the conclusion that, innovation contributes to economic growth, public welfare and national competitiveness as a whole. If Latvia is to compete and reach the flowering amongst other EU nations and on broader global scale, more innovative process management improvement and development has to become the highest priority task. Research results, conclusions of the master paper, as well as proposals put forward should be used in the evaluation of Latvia's economic development priority axes, as well as in the national strategy development process. To develop the master paper author used 59 various sources. The paper consists of 114 pages, it includes 21 pictures and 2 tables. The paper has two annexes.
