Interešu izglītības programmu pilnveide pārmaiņu ieviešanas procesā.

Abstract

Maģistra darbs ir rakstīts par aktuālu izglītības problēmu “Interešu izglītības programmu pilnveide pārmaiņu ieviešanas procesā”. Darba mērķis ir – noskaidrot interešu izglītības programmu ietekmi uz iestādes darbību pārmaiņu ieviešanas procesā. Mūsdienu interešu izglītībai ir jāspēj veiksmīgi realizēt ne tikai izglītošanās un audzināšanās process, bet jāspēj pastāvēt konkurences apstākļos. Tāpēc mūsdienu interešu izglītībai, lai nodrošinātu tās pilnvērtīgu darbību, nepieciešams veikt pārmaiņas, kas sniegtu iespēju saglabāt interešu izglītības konkurētspēju un veicinātu tās prestiža celšanu sabiedrībā. Šī procesa realizēšanai svarīga loma ir interešu izglītības programmām. Interešu izglītības iestāde mērķtiecīgi un plānveidīgi organizē pārmaiņu procesu, pilnveidojot interešu izglītības mācību programmas, pārstrādājot jau esošas un izstrādājot jaunas mūsdienīgas programmas. Lai veicinātu pētāmās interešu izglītības iestādes darbības attīstību, darba praktiskajā daļā tika akcentēta nepieciešamība ieviest pārmaiņas interešu izglītības programmu izstrādē un realizēšanā. Tika apskatīti iestādes attīstību ietekmējošie faktori, aprakstīta pētāmās izglītības iestādes mācību programmu atbilstība izvirzītiem kritērijiem. Ir aprakstīta interešu izglītības programmu pilnveides procesa ietekme uz pētāmās izglītības iestādes attīstību. Darbā tiek piedāvāti autores izstrādātie metodiskie ieteikumi interešu izglītības programmu izstrādei un realizēšanai pārmaiņu ieviešanas procesā, kas tika praktiski pārbaudīti uz pētāmās izglītības iestādes bāzes. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām, 21 attēla, 4 tabulām un 4 pielikumiem. Darba apjoms - 83 lappuses.

The Master work is written about the actual educational problem “The development of interest related education program for implementation of the process of change”. The aim of the work is – to ascertain the influence of interest related education program in establishment’s institution in the implementation of the process of change. Contemporary interest related education has to be able to implement successfully not only in the process of acquiring education and upbringing but also has to be able to exist in rivalry. Therefore for providing its action of full value in contemporary interest related education, it is necessary to perform changes that could offer possibility to keep interest related education’s competitiveness and promote rising its prestige in society. Important part for the process implementation forms interest related education programmes. Interest related education’s establishment organises the process of change in systematic and determined way, improves interest related curricular, rewrites the existing and makes new up-to-dated programmes. For promoting the explored interest related education establishment’s action development, in the practical part of the work is emphasized the necessity to establish changes in development and realisation in interest related education programmes. There are inspected factors that influenced establishment’s development, and described explored educational establishment curricula’s adequacy to promoted criterions. There is described influence in interest related education’s process of development and perfection in explored educational establishment’s progress. In this work is offered author’s elaborated methodological suggestions for creating and implementing interest related education programmes in the process of change that was practically verified on the explored educational establishment’s basis. The Master work consists of 4 chapters, 21 images, 4 charts and .4 appendixes. The volume of the work - 83 pages.
