Abstract
Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un saprast, vai volejbolisti apzinās veselīga dzīvesveida faktorus un to ietekmi uz viņu personīgo sniegumu, analizējot volejbolistu sniegto informāciju par personīgajiem veselīga dzīvesveida paradumiem. Galvenais secinājums rakstot darbu: veselīga dzīvesveida ievērošana būtiski veicina volejbolistu izaugsmi. Regulāra fiziskā aktivitāte uzlabo spēku, izturību un lokanību, savukārt sabalansēts uzturs nodrošina nepieciešamās barības vielas un enerģiju. Pietiekams miegs un atpūta veicina ķermeņa atjaunošanos un kognitīvās funkcijas. Veselīga dzīvesveida prakse samazina traumu risku un uztur ilgtermiņa sportisko veselību, nodrošinot augstu veiktspēju un ilgstošu karjeru. Galvenie darba rezultāti, kas noteikti jāmin – analizējot aptaujas rezultātus, volejbolisti apzinas veselīga dzīvesveida galvenos faktorus, piemēram, naktī cenšas gulēt vizmaz 8 stundas; izvairās no alkohola lietošanas, tomēr nikotīna patēriņš nedēļā ir liels; lieto vitamīnus ikdienā un liela daļa uzskata, ka viņu uzturs ikdienā ir veselīgs un sabalansēts. Daži no apkopotajiem rezultātiem arī bija kritiski, piemēram, ūdens patēriņš – volejbolistu atbildes aptaujā liecina par zemu ūdens patēriņu gan ikdienā, gan pie fiziskas slodzes, kas var novest pie samazinātas apetītes vai miega trūkuma. Tomēr diez gan daudz respondentu vērtē savu ikdienas uzturu pozitīvi, taču, ņemot vērā atšķirīgo domāšanu, katra cilvēka uztvere par veselīgu uzturu var atšķirties, tātad nevar apgalvot, ka lielākā daļa respondentu tiešām ievēro veselīga uztura pamatprincipus.
The aim of this work is to determine and understand whether volleyball players are aware of the factors of a healthy lifestyle and their impact on their personal performance, by analyzing the information provided by volleyball players about their personal healthy lifestyle habits. The main conclusion of this work is that maintaining a healthy lifestyle significantly promotes the development of volleyball players. Regular physical activity improves strength, endurance, and flexibility, while a balanced diet provides the necessary nutrients and energy. Adequate sleep and rest enhance body recovery and cognitive functions. Practicing a healthy lifestyle reduces the risk of injuries and supports long-term athletic health, ensuring high performance and a prolonged career. The main results of the work that must be mentioned are as follows: analyzing the survey results, volleyball players are aware of the main factors of a healthy lifestyle. For example, they try to sleep at least 8 hours a night and avoid alcohol consumption, but the weekly intake of nicotine is high. They take vitamins daily, and many believe that their diet is healthy and balanced. Some of the aggregated results were also critical, such as water consumption—survey responses indicate low water intake both daily and during physical exertion, which can lead to decreased appetite or lack of sleep. However, quite a few respondents evaluate their daily diet positively. Yet, given the differences in individual perspectives, each person's perception of a healthy diet may vary, so it cannot be conclusively stated that most respondents truly follow the basic principles of healthy eating.
