Basketbola komandas Latvijas Universitāte popularizēšana

Abstract

Sports Latvijas Universitātes studentu vidū ir bijis augstā līmenī jau kopš 20.gs., taču mūsdienās sporta komandas ir zaudējušas savu popularitāti studentu vidū. Viena no šādām komandām ir Basketbola komanda Latvijas Universitāte. Lai komanda atgūtu savu popularitāti studentu vidū un komandai būtu vairāk atbalstītāju, maģistra darba mērķis ir popularizēt komandas popularitāti studentu vidū. Darbā tiek veikta komandas izpēte, kā arī pētījums ar anketas un ekspertu interviju palīdzību, lai sasniegtu izvirzītos mērķus. Pēc pētījuma veikšanas tika izvirzīta konkrētā problēma – BK LU nav populāra studentu vidū. Problēmas risināšanai tika izvirzītas trīs alternatīvas, ar kuru palīdzību piesaistīt vairāk studentu apmeklēt BK LU mājas spēles. Analizējot izvirzītās alternatīvas, tika izvēlēta viena labākā alternatīva, kurai izstrādāta projekta rokasgrāmata.

Sports among students of University of Latvia has been on high level since 20th century, but nowadays sports teams have lost their popularity among students. One of such teams is University of Latvia Basketball team. To get their popularity back among students and to regain more fans to the team, goal of this Masters thesis is to promote teams popularity among students. This thesis conducts team research, as well as research using a questionnaire and expert interviews to achieve the goal that has been set. After the research the specific problem was raised – BK LU is not popular among students. To solve this problem, there were proposed three alternatives that could help to attract more students to attend BK LU home games. After analyzing the proposed alternatives, the best one was selected for which a project manual was developed.
