Abstract

Maģistra darba „Koncerni un to finanšu pārskatu konsolidēšana” mērķis ir praktiski attēlot Latvija Republikas un Eiropas Savienības likumdošanas prasību pielietošanu praksē konsolidēto finanšu pārskatu sagatavošanā, izdarīt secinājumus par esošajām problēmām un nepilnībām un izstrādāt priekšlikumus kā uzlabot esošo situāciju. Pirmajā daļā raksturota uzņēmumu apvienošanās, tās tiesiskais regulējums un koncernu likuma ietekme. Otrajā - aplūkots konsolidēto pārskatu sagatavošanas tiesiskais regulējums, informācijas atklāšanas principi un secīgi ar piemēriem aplūkotas visas konsolidētā finanšu pārskata sastāvdaļas. Maģistra darba beigās izstrādāti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi LR likumdošanas pilnveidošanai un konsolidācijas atvieglošanai. The goal of Master's work "The Group and the consolidation of financial statements" is to practically represent the Republic of Latvia and European Union legislation requirements circulation in the consolidated financial statements, to draw conclusions about the existing problems and gaps and develop proposals to improve the situation. The first part describes the merge of enterprises, its regulation and corporate law implications. Second - contemplated a technical regulation of consolidated reporting, the disclosure principles and sequence of examples deals with all of the consolidated financial statements. At the end of Master's work the conclusions drawn and suggests the LR legislative development and consolidated financial reporting improvement.
