Digitālo tehnoloģiju veicinātās izmaiņas ikdienas komunikācijā: teksta ziņojuma piemērs

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Digitālo tehnoloģiju veicinātās izmaiņas ikdienas komunikācijā: teksta ziņojuma piemērs” mērķis ir noskaidrot kā ikdienas komunikācija veidojas tehnoloģiju ietekmē, aplūkojot tekstuālā ziņojuma formas izmaiņas. Autore pēta kādas jaunās tehnoloģijas tiek izmantotas tekstuālu ziņojumu veidošanai un ko par mūsdienu komunikāciju, tehnoloģiju lietošanas pozitīvajiem, negatīvajiem aspektiem domā informācijas tehnoloģiju un komunikāciju eksperti. Darbu veido teorētiskā, metodoloģiskā un analītiskā daļa. Teorētiskā bāze ir iepazīšanās ar komunikācijas jēdzienu, tehnoloģiju, formātu attīstību un konkrētas auditorijas izpēte. Analītiskajā daļā tiek veikts eksperiments, intervijas ar dalībniekiem un ekspertiem, datu analīze. Autore atklāj kādas jaunās tehnoloģijas visvairāk tiek izmantotas ikdienas komunikācijā, kādiem mērķiem, kādi ir ieguvumi un zaudējumi tās lietojot. The aim of bachelor thesis “Everyday communication changes facilitated by digital technologies: the case of text messages” is to explore how new technologies affect everyday communication, by studying text messages. The author researches which of new technologies are used to create text messages and what do IT and communication experts think about today’s communication and of technology usage. The work consists of theoretical, methodological and analytical part. The theoretical base to the concept of communication, the development of technology and formats, and a research of specific audience. The analytical part includes experiments, interviews with participants and experts of the field and also data analysis. Author reveals which of new technologies are being used in daily communication, what are the aims, gains and losses of using technology.
