Abstract

Pasaulē, Eiropā un arī Latvijā, fiksēto un mobilo telekomunikācijas operatoru tirgū tiek piedāvātas arvien vairāk jaunas modernas preces, pakalpojumi, aksesuāri, pieaug prasības klientu servisa nodrošināšanā, un pieaug prasības pēc kvalitatīvām telekomunikāciju iekārtām, tai skaitā arī sakaru mēriekārtām. SIA OPTRONICS darbība saistīta, galvenokārt, ar telekomunikāciju mēriekārtu piedāvājumu Latvijas teritorijā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt TELEKOMUNIKĀCIJAS MĒRIEKĀRTU TIRDZNIECĪBAS UZŅĒMUMA SIA OPTRONICS attīstības un izaugsmes iespējas Latvijā. Darbā tika veikta Latvijas telekomunikācijas mēriekārtu tirgus analīze, apskatīta SIA OPTRONICS pašreizēja pozīcija Latvijas tirgū, kā arī tika izstrādāta uzņēmuma attīstības stratēģija un paplašināšanas plāns.
