Abstract
Kvalifikācijas darba „Web informatīvā sistēma” mērķis ir izveidot īpašumu sludinājumu publisku tīmekļa vietni, kas aizstās esošu „ArtEstate” kataloga sistēmu. Šī programmatūra nodrošinās iespēju klientiem atrast un saglabāt īpašumus pēc izvēlētajiem kritērijiem, kā arī sazināties ar uzņēmuma darbiniekiem jaunu sludinājumu pieteikšanai un konsultācijām. Darbiniekiem tiks paredzēta vienkārši lietojama sludinājumu un mājas lapas pārvaldes sistēma ar vairāku vienlaicīgu lietotāju pieslēgšanās iespēju. Izstrādes procesā tiks iegūta uzņēmumam būtiska programmatūra, kas klientiem atvieglos nekustamo īpašumu komerciālās darbības.
The purpose of this qualification thesis is to create a public website for estate advertisements, which will replace an existing "ArtEstate" catalog system. This software will ensure the possibility for clients to find and save estate by selected criteria, as well as communicate with the employees of an enterprise in regards to submitting new classified advertisements and receiving consultations. There will be an easy to use advertisement and homepage management system implemented for the employees with the possibility of multiple simultaneous connections. The process of development will yield essential software for the enterprise, which will ease the commercial activities in real estate.
