Abstract
Pētījuma mērķis. Novērtēt varfarīna farmakoģenētiska testa prognozēto devu atbilstību pacientu faktiski lietotajām devām, ņemot vērā gēnu CYP2C9 un VKORC1 polimorfismus un citus blakusfaktorus, kas ietekmē varfarīna darbību organismā.
Aim. To evaluate the predicted warfarin doses with the help of pharmacogenetic test with the patients’ actually used doses, using CYP2C9 and VKORC1 gene polymorphisms and other co-factors, that affect warfarin action in an organism.
