Baltijas valstu kredītu tirgus analīze

Abstract

Kreditēšana ir svarīgs komercbanku peļņas avots, kas vienlaicīgi ļauj arī uzlabot labklājības līmeni mājsaimniecībām un sniedz attīstības iespējas uzņēmumiem. Bakalaura darba “Baltijas valstu kredītu tirgus analīze” mērķis ir pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņām un statistisko informāciju izpētīt Baltijas valstu komercbanku kredītu tirgus attīstību un to ietekmējošos faktorus, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus Baltijas kredītu tirgus attīstības veicināšanai. Pētījuma periods ir no 2005. gada līdz 2022. gadam. Darba gaitā tiek apskatīta ar kreditēšanu un tās teoriju saistīta literatūra, kā arī likumi un reglamentējošie dokumenti. Tiek novērtēta aizdevumu struktūra, dinamika, aizdevumu kvalitāte, kā arī veikta kredītu tirgus ietekmējošo faktoru analīze. Darba apjoms ir 67 lappuses, 39 attēli, 13 tabulas.

Lending is an important source of income for commercial banks, while also helping to improve the living standards of households and providing opportunities for businesses to grow. The goal of the bachelor's thesis "Analysis of the Baltic States' Credit Market" is to investigate the development of the credit market of commercial banks in the Baltic States and the factors influencing it, based on theoretical findings and statistical information, draw conclusions, and make proposals for the promotion of the development of the Baltic credit market. The research period is from 2005 to 2022. In the course of the work, literature related to lending and its theory, as well as laws and regulatory documents, are reviewed. The structure, dynamics, and quality of loans are assessed, as well as an analysis of the factors influencing the credit market is carried out. The volume of the work is 67 pages, 39 figures, and 13 tables.
