Mākslas centra izveides Tukumā ekonomiskā ieguvuma novērtējums.

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir izvērtēt mākslas centra izveides Tukumā ekonomisko ieguvumu. Ekonomisko ieguvumu izvērtē projektiem, lai prognozētu to mērogu, nepieciešamo finansējumu un sagatavotu pamatu tālākai plānu izstrādei un lēmumu pieņemšanai. Autore darba izstrādei izmanto ekspertu anketēšanas un tīklojuma metodi, kā arī novērtē mākslas centra izveidē iesaistāmo interešu turētāju loka lielumu, ietekmi un interesi. Darbā iegūtie rezultāti raksturo mākslas centra izveides pozitīvo ietekmi uz ekonomiskajiem rādītājiem, pilsētainavas kvalitātes pieaugumu un tūrisma nozares izaugsmi, kā arī negatīvo ietekmi uz Tukuma pašvaldības fiskālajiem rādītājiem un iespējamo mājokļu pieejamības samazināšanos.

The aim of the research is to evaluate economic benefits of establishing an Art center in Tukums city. The aim is to forecast the scale and required funding for the project and to prepare the ground for further planning and decision-making. The author uses expert questionnaires and the network theory method for the development of the thesis. Evaluation of the size, impact and interest of stakeholders involved in the establishment of the Art center is also overviewed in the thesis. The results obtained characterize the positive impact of establishment of the Art center on economic indicators, the increase in the quality of the urban landscape and the growth of the tourism industry, as well as the negative impact on the fiscal indicators of Tukums municipality and possible decrease in housing availability.
