Dzirdīgas mātes – vājdzirdīga bērna mijiedarbības kvalitātes, bērna uzvedības problēmu un bērna kognitīvās un valodas attīstības savstarpējā saistība

Abstract

Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kāda ir dzirdīgas mātes – vājdzirdīga bērna mijiedarbības kvalitātes, bērna uzvedības problēmu un bērna kognitīvās un valodas attīstības savstarpējā saistība. Lai to pārbaudītu, novērojot un filmējot 25 dzirdīgu māšu – vājdzirdīgu pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu mijiedarbību, tika novērtēta tās kvalitāte, izmantojot autores veidotu Mātes – bērna mijiedarbības vērtēšanas sistēmu. Bērnu kognitīvās spējas tika novērtētas, izmantojot SON-R 2,5-7 neverbālā intelekta testu, bērnu uzvedības problēmas novērtēja bērnu mātes, aizpildot Bērna uzvedības novērtējuma anketu (CBCL), bet bērnu valodas attīstības līmeni novērtēja divi logopēdi. Pētījuma rezultāti parādīja, ka, kontrolējot bērna vecumu, izteiktāka mātes negatīva kontrole ir nozīmīgi saistīta ar retākām bērna internalizētās uzvedības problēmām un kopējām uzvedības problēmām, kā arī ar augstākiem bērna rādītājiem intelekta testa domāšanas skalā.

The aim of this study was to find out the relationship between the quality of interaction between hearing mother – hard of hearing child, children’s behavior problems and children’s cognitive and language development, therefore the interaction between 25 mother-child dyads was videotaped and rated using Mother – child interaction rating system that was developed by the author of this study. Children’s cognitive ability was rated using SON-R 2,5-7 non – verbal intelligence test. Children’s behavior problems were rated by their mothers, using Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), and children’s language development was rated by two speech therapists. The results of the study showed that after controlling for children’s age, mother’s negative control was significantly negatively related to children’s internalizing and total behavior problems and positively related to children’s results in the reasoning subscale of the intelligence test.
