ANOTACIJA
Darba petijuma jautajums ir noskaidrot, kadas ir musdienu socialas nozimes cilveku
ikdienas dzive Petnieciska pieeja darbam ir pamatojuma teorija. Metode ir kvalitativa
kontenta analize, ar kuru tika analizetas gramatas, romani.
Darba galvenie secinajumi: Cilveki iemacas paust sajutas, tapec vini iemacas radit
iespaidu uz citiem cilvekiem. Cilveki velas but pamanami. Smarža ir pazime, pec kuras var
atpazit cilveka piederibu konkretai grupai, socialo vietu sabiedriba. Smaržas mums rosina
atminas.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out social meanings of smells in human daily life. The scientific approach of the bachelor thesis is grounded theory. The method is the qualitative content analysisthe books . The main conclusions are people learn to express their feelings, that is why they learn to create an impression by using perfumes. People want to be noticeable. Smells are the sign, which helps to identify person’s belonging to a specific group, his social status as well as evoke memories. Smells evoke memories.
