Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma: “Operācijas māsu komunikācijas prasmes komandas darbā plānveida operāciju laikā stacionāros.” Tēmas aktualitāti pamato: analizētajos pētījumos 27% medicīniskie pārkāpumi kuri rodas kļūmju rezultātā. Slikta komunikācija var izraisīt dažādus negatīvus rezultātus, piemēram: samazināta ārstēšanas procesu ievērošana, pacientu neapmierinātību un neefektīvu medicīniskā personāla resursu izmantošana (31). Pētījumi par verbālo un neverbālo komunikāciju uzrāda, ka komunikācijas kļūmes ir 80% nevēlamo notikumu cēlonis, ķirurģiskās komandas Saziņas trūkuma rezultātā rodas: nepareizas procedūras izpilde, nepareizi implantu izvēle, aprīkojuma trūkums, paraugu nepareiza marķēšana, kavēšanās ar operāciju (15). Pētniecības uzdevumi ir : 1.Analizēt psiholoģiskās literatūras un citus ar komunikācijas saistītus literatūras avotus, lai izstrādātu literatūras analīzi; 2.Izveidot pētījumu anketu; 3.Veikt anketēšanu par operācijas māsu komunikācijas prasmēm, komandas darbā, plānveida operāciju laikā stacionāros; 4.Veikt iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi; 5.Veikt secinājumus un izstrādāt rekomendācijas; Izvirzītā hipotēze: operācijas māsas plānveida operāciju laikā komunicējot ar komandas dalībniekiem vairāk izmanto verbālo komunikāciju, mazāk neverbālo komunikāciju, kā arī visefektīvāk neverbālo komunikāciju operācijas laikā izmanto pieredzējušas operācijas māsas. Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvā metode, neeksperimentālais pētījums- šķērsgriezuma dizains, aprakstošais. Pētniecības instruments: anketa. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 48 lapaspusēm, 17 attēliem- diagrammām, darba izstrādei tika izmantoti 33 literatūras un interneta avoti, 3. pielikumi. The topicality of the topic is justified: In the analyzed studies, 27% of medical violations occur as a result of errors. Poor communication can lead to a variety of negative outcomes, such as reduced adherence to treatment processes, patient dissatisfaction, and inefficient use of medical staff resources (31). Studies on verbal and non-verbal communication show that communication failures are the cause of 80% of adverse events. Surgical commands Lack of communication results in: incorrect procedure, incorrect choice of implants, lack of equipment, incorrect labeling of specimens, delays in surgery (15). Research tasks are: 1.Analyze psychological literature and others with communication related literature sources to develop literature analysis; 2. Create a research questionnaire; 3. Conduct a questionnaire on surgery nursing communication skills in inpatient teamwork during Scheduled operations impatient; 4. To perform the collection and analysis of the obtained results; 5. To draw conclusions and develop recommendations; The hypothesis is that nurses use more verbal communication when communicating with team members during planned operations, less non-verbal communication, as well as the most effective use of non-verbal communication during the operation by experienced operation nurses. The research method is a quantitative method, non-experimental research - cross-sectional design, descriptive. The research tool is a questionnaire.
