Abstract
Darbā apkopota informācija par vara un cinka savienojumu kvantitatīvajām noteikšanas metodēm vīnogu sulās un vīnos. Eksperimentāli izpētītas eksprestestu pielietošanas iespējas vīnskābes un citronskābes klātbūtnē, kā arī mainot šķīdumu pH. Teststrēmeļu nolasīšanas iespējas pārbaudītas ar instrumentālām metodēm, izmantojot spektrofotometru – fotokolorimetru Avante „AvaMouse”. Izpētīta teststrēmeļu piemērotība vara un cinka koncentrācijas noteikšanai baltvīnā.

The thesis collates information regarding approaches of determining copper and zinc compounds in grape juices and wines. The experiments were devoted to application options of express tests (test strips) in the presence of tartaric acid and citric acid, and by changing the pH of the solutions. The options of reading test strips were tested by instrumental methods, i.e. by use of a spectrophotometer – photocolorimeter Avante „AvaMouse”. The suitability of Test strips for determination of copper and zinc concentration in white wine was studied.
