Vērtspapīru administrēšanas procesu pārņemšana Ziemeļeiropas bankā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izanalizēt Sub Custody Centralization projekta pārņemšanas ieguvumus Ziemeļeiropas bankā. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām, kurās tiek raksturots operāciju menedžments un procesi, kuri tika pārņemti projekta gaitā, tiek iztirzāta bankas un tās Rīgas AB filiāles attīstības vēsture, vērtspapīru tirgus esošā situācija, kā arī projekta etapi, to raksturojums, tiek analizēts pētījums par Ziemeļeiropas bankas veiksmes faktoriem projekta ietvaros, kā projektu vērtē darbinieki un eksperti. Pētījumā tiek analizēti bankas un darbinieku ieguvumi no projekta īstenošanas, tiek identificētas nozīmīgākās problēmas un tiek analizēti projekta veiksmes faktori. Autors secināja, ka problēma ir neprecīzās darba instrukcijās un klientu kontaktinformācijas trūkumā. Galvenais ieguvums ir lētāks darba spēks, personīgais ieguvums – pieredzes iegūšana. Projekta laikā problēmas nav bijušas ar angļu valodas zināšanām.

The main goal of the bachelor is to analyze benefits from the takeover project of the Sub Custody Centralization in the Nordic bank. The work consists of three sections. In the bachelor work is described the operation and management processes that have been taken over during the project, discussed Nordic bank and its Riga AB branche development history, current stock market situation, and the planning stages, their characterization. Analyzing a study about success factors within the project, how the project is evaluated by workers and experts. The study analyzes the banking and employee benefits of the project, identifies the key challenges and analyzes the project success factors. The author concluded that the key problems regarding implementation of the project is inaccurate work instructions and lack of customer contact lists. The main benefit is a cheaper labor force, the main personal benefit - gaining experience. While the project had no problems with inadequate grasp of English.
