Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Notekūdeņu pārvaldības priekšlikumi Rīgas pašvaldībā” pētīta notekūdeņu pārvaldība Rīgas pašvaldībā, identificējot galvenās problēmas, nosakot mērķi, izvirzot hipotēzi un formulējot uzdevumus mērķa sasniegšanai. Analītiskajā daļā veikta literatūras analīze par notekūdeņu resursu pārvaldību Eiropā, Latvijā un Rīgā. Maģistra darba ietvaros veikts pētījums, un izmantojot intervēšanas, anketēšanas un novērojuma metodes, apzināta esošā situācija un novērtēta mērķgrupu attieksme notekūdeņu pārvaldības jomā Rīgas pašvaldībā, identificētas galvenās problēmas un noskaidrotas rīcības problēmu novēršanai. Pamatojoties uz literatūras apskatā gūtajām atziņām un pētījuma rezultātiem, izstrādāti priekšlikumi notekūdeņu pārvaldības pilnveidošanai Rīgas pašvaldībā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 9 nodaļām, tajā iekļauti 10 attēli, 14 tabulas un 3 pielikumi. Atslēgvārdi: notekūdeņi, kanalizācijas sistēma, Rīgas pašvaldība.

Masters at Work "Wastewater Management for the municipality of Riga" Riga studied wastewater management in the municipality, identifying the main problems in determining the purpose in speculating and defining the tasks to achieve. Analysis describes the analysis carried out in the literature on water resource management in Europe, Latvian and Riga. Master's work under study, and through interviews, questionnaires and observation techniques, identified and assessed the current situation of target groups in treatment of sewage management in the municipality of Riga, to identify key issues and identified action to remedy the problems. Based on the literature review lessons learned and results of the study, recommendations for improving wastewater management in the municipality of Riga.
