Tekstilmateriālu tirgus uzņēmuma krājumu vadīšana

Abstract

Krājumu vadīšana ļauj līdzsvarot gan pieprasīto klientu produkcijas apjomus, gan ražošanas vai iepirkumu pasūtījumu plāna izpildi, gan līdzsvarojot naudas plūsmu un savlaicīgi novēršot lieku krājumu veidošanos noliktavā. Līdz ar to bakalaura darba mērķis ir SIA „Lauma Fabrics” finansiāla stāvokļa un krājumu vadīšanas sistēmas analīze un tas pilnveidošana. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēts uzņēmuma vadīšanas sistēmas un pieprasījuma prognozēšanas process. Praktiskās daļas ietvaros ir veikta pētījuma objekta izpēte, pievēršot uzmanību krājumu vadīšanas praksei uzņēmumā. Autore veica arī uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatu un saimnieciskās darbības rādītāju analīzi. Darbā tiek piedāvāta integrēta krājumu vadīšanas stratēģija, kura balstīta uz produktu grupēšanu pēc ABC klasifikācijas. Uzņēmuma neto apgrozījuma prognozēšanai izvēlēta pieprasījuma prognozēšanas metodika, izmantojot trenda modelēšanu. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā aplūkotas uzņēmumā pieprasījuma prognožu izmantošana un ievadīta izmaiņas uzņēmuma krājumu vadīšana sistēmā.Stocks management makes it possible to balance a required production, manufacturing or purchase order plan realization, and also balance the cash flows and promptly notices insecurity of stocks and surplus of inventory in the storehouse. The purpose of the thesis is analyzing Lauma Fabrics company`s financial conditions as well as analyzing and improvement of its stocks management. Nature of stocks, its indicators and company’s stock management system are analyzed in the theoretical part. The author analyzed financial statements and the business performance of the company. The author uses an integrated inventory management strategy which is based on the product grouping of the ABC classification. To forecast demand, the author uses forecasting methodology chosen by trend modeling. The end of the bachelor thesis deals with the use of company`s demand forecasting and the input changes of the company`s stock management system .
