Pensiju sistēma Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura temats ir “Pensiju sistēma Latvijā”. Latvijas pensiju sistēmas pamatprincips: jo lielākas sociālās iemaksas tiek veiktas šodien, jo lielāka būs pensija rīt un jo vēlāk iesi pensijā, jo vairāk saņemsi. Pie dotās demogrāfiskās situācijas valstī, lai nodrošinātu nākotnē adekvātu pensijas apmēru, nepieciešams izprast pesnsiju sistēmas uzbūvi un personas dalību tajā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz pieejamo informāciju, izpētīt pastāvošo pensiju sistēmu Latvijā, un izstrādāt priekšlikumus pensiju sistēmas uzlabošanai. Darbs satur 3 daļas. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīti pensiju sistēmas teorētiskie aspekti, vēsture un ietekmējošie faktori. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta pensija, pensijas līmeņu atšķirības un tendences. Trešajā nodaļā izvērtēta pensiju sistēmas ilgtspēja. Bakalaura darbā ir izmantotas ekonomiskās un statistiskās analīzes metodes, kā arī matemātiski aprēķini. Bakalaura darbs satur 90 lapas, darbs satur 4 formulas, 27 attēlus un 24 tabulas. Atslēgvārdi: pensija, pensiju sistēma, pensiju ilgtspēja, pensiju līmeņi.

The theme of the Bachelor's work is “Pension system in Latvia”. Fundamental principle of the Latvian pension system: the higher social contributions are made today, the higher the pension will be tomorrow and the later you retire, the more you will receive. At the given demographic situation in the country, it is necessary to understand the structure of the pension system and the person's participation in it in order to ensure an adequate amount of pension in the future. The aim of bachelor’s work is to investigate the existing pension system in Latvia on the basis of available information and to develop proposals to improve the ension system. The job contains 3 parts. The first chapter describes the theoretical aspects, history and influencing factors of the pension system. The second chapter analyses differences and trends in pension and pension levels. The third chapter examines the sustainability of the pension system. The Bachelor 's work uses the methods of economic and statistical analysis, as well as mathematical calculations.
