Abstract
Autores maģistra darba tēma ir „Pieaugušo mācīšanās motivācijas pilnveide mācībām darba vietā”. Maģistra darba mērķis - izpētīt pieaugušo mācīšanās motivāciju darba vietā un raksturot tās pilnveidošanas iespējas. Globalizācija, tehnoloģiju attīstība un daudzi citi faktori liek arvien vairāk pievērst uzmanību darbaspēka nepārtrauktai kompetenču pilnveidošanai, tai skaitā mācīšanās darba vietā. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēts motivācijas un mācīšanās motivācijas jēdziens, pētīta pieaugušo izglītība, pieaugušo mācīšanās process un mācīšanās īpatnības, analizēta teorētiskā literatūra par mācībām darba vietā – kāds ir mācību process, mācību veidi un metodes. Pētījuma metodes - monogrāfiskā pētījuma metode, aptaujas metode un ekspertu intervijas. Darba noslēgumā autore ir izstrādājusi priekšlikumus par mācību motivācijas pilnveidošanas iespējām mācībām darba vietā. The author's Master thesis is “Adult learning motivation and its improvement possibilities for wokplace learning”. The aim of the master's thesisis to analyze adult learning motivation atworkplace and learn its improvement possibilities. Globalization, technological development and many other factors make it extremely important to focus on the continuous development of the employees’ competences, including workplace learning. The master's thesis covered the concepts of motivation and learning motivation, adult education, adult learning process and learning characteristics as well as training process and types of training. Research methods: monographic research method – analysis of theoretical sources and documents, using various information sources; empirical methods: data acquisition method - student survey; data processing method – processing of quantitative data with Excel software, analysis of interviews of experts from different companies. In the conclusion the author has elaborated proposals for learning motivation improval forwokplace learning.
