Ģeometrisko un funkcionālo attiecību ietekme skārienjutīgo saskarņu lietojumā

Abstract

Darbā izpētīta ģeometrisko un funkcionālo attiecību ietekme skārienjutīgo saskarņu lietojumā. Problēmas būtība ir saprast sakarības starp telpisko attiecību noteikšanu, ja tas aprakstīts latviešu valodā, un skārienjutīgām saskarnēm kā informācijas uztveres un ievades līdzekli. Ar tēmu saistītie teorētiskie jautājumi analizēti gan kognitīvo zinātņu, gan datorzinātņu kontekstā. Izstrādāta mobilā lietotne, kura izmantota darba ietvaros veiktā praktiskā eksperimenta paredzētajiem nolūkiem. Eksperimentā ir ievākti dati par telpisko attiecību noteikšanu, atzīmējot konkrētas koordinātas ekrānā, kā arī ir reģistrēts atbildes sniegšanai patērētais laiks. Iegūtie rezultāti parāda pētījuma svarīgumu un rosina tālākas diskusijas, norādot uz turpmākajiem izpētes virzieniem.

The main subject of the research is the effect of geometrical and functional relations on the use of touchscreen interfaces. The essence of the problem is to understand connections between the judgement of spatial relations when they are expressed as terms in Latvian language and touchscreen interfaces as an agent for information perception and input. The theoretical theme questions are analyzed both in the context of cognitive and computer sciences. A mobile application was developed for the purpose of the experiment which was carried out within the thesis. The experiment collects data about determining spatial relations by marking specific coordinates on the screen and time spent to provide the answer. The results show the essential importance of the research and encourage further discussions and research directions.
