Abstract
Darbā ir izpētīts primārā starojuma bojājuma process bārija fluorīdā, lietojot, uzbūvētu no pirmajiem principiem, mašīnmācīšanās potenciālu. Ir atrastas kaskādes veidošanās sliekšņa enerģijas atkarībā no virziena, kā arī izpētīts kaskādes evolūcijas process.
Primary radiation damage process in barium fluoride is investigated using a machine-learning interatomic potential constructed from first principles was studied in this work. Direction-dependent threshold displacement energies for cascade initiation were determined by performing cascade simulations along multiple crystallographic directions. The evolution of radiation cascades was investigated.
