Abstract
Darbā tika veikta literatūras izpēte par izotopu attiecības un aminoskābju noteikšanu pārtikas produktos. Eksperimentālajā daļā tika pētītas Latvijā audzētu ābolu sēklas. Kopā tika pētītas piecas ābolu šķirnes ar dažādiem apsaimniekošanas veidiem. Paraugiem tika noteikta oglekļa un slāpekļa izotopu attiecība, un aminoskābes. Iegūtie rezultāti tika salīdzināti savā starpā.
A literature analysis was performed about isotope ratio and amino acids determination in food. In the experimental part were studied apple seeds grown in Latvia. Total was studied five apple cultivars with different management methods. For the samples was determined carbon and nitrogen isotope ratio and amino acids. Obtained results were compared with each other.
