Osteoporozes ārstēšanas iespējas - šodienas taktika

Abstract

Osteoporoze ir skeleta slimība, kurai raksturīga kaulu masas samazināšanās un kaulaudu mikrostruktūras pārmaiņas, kas mazina kaulu izturību un palielina lūzumu risku. Osteoporoze parasti norit ilgstoši, biežāk bez specifiskiem klīniskiem simptomiem. Galvenais ārstēšanas mērķis ir kaulu lūzumu riska samazināšana un pacientu atveseļošanās veicināšana pēc osteoporozes izraisīta kaulu lūzuma. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot osteoporozes recepšu medikamentu apriti “Vangažu aptiekā”, kā arī ar anketas palīdzību noskaidrot pacientu un ģimenes ārstu viedokli par osteoporozi un tās ārstēšanas taktiku. Ar anketēšanas palīdzību tika noskaidrots, ka visbiežāk diagnosticēta osteoporoze ir “Osteoporoze ar patoloģisku lūzumu” (DK: M80.0). Tika analizētas 82 kompensējamās receptes, kurās osteoporozes medikamenti bija izrakstīti pacientiem vecumā 70 - 80 g. Apkopojot rezultātus var secināt, ka osteoporozes ārstēšanai paredzētos medikamentus biežāk izraksta tieši ģimenes ārsti. Visbiežāk izrakstītais osteoporozes medikaments ir Fosavance 70/0,14mg (5600IU) tab.N4.

The aim of this study is to find out the circulation of prescription drugs for osteoporosis in the “Vangazi Pharmacy”, as well as to clarify the opinions of patients and specialists / family doctors about osteoporosis and its treatment tactics. It has been established that osteoporosis with an abnormal fracture is the most commonly diagnosed osteoporosis (DС: 80.0). Were analyzed 82 compensated prescriptions, in which osteoporosis drugs were prescribed to patients 70 - 80 y.o. Summarizing the results, we can conclude that family doctors most often prescribe medications for the treatment of osteoporosis.
