Abstract
Maģistrā darbā ir apskatīts jauna uzņēmuma izveidošanas process un pirmo trīs gadu attīstības plāns. Darba ideja ir izveidot nelielu, konkurentspējīgu uzņēmumu, kas ar 15000.00 LVL pamatkapitālu un 40000.00 LVL bankas aizdevumu trīs mēnešu laikā varētu sākt apkalpot klientus. Uzņēmums nodarbosies ar ceļu būvniecības, ceļu projektēšanas un konsultāciju sniegšanas darbiem, kā arī tiks izveidots neliels mācību centrs, kā uzņēmuma struktūrvienība, kurš nodarbosies ar starptautisko pieredzes apmaiņas projektiem. Kā uzņēmuma darbinieki, tā arī citiem uzņēmumu pārstāvjiem, ar mērķi palielināt Latvijas uzņēmumu konkurentspēju un attīstīt šo nozari.
Master Paper describes development process of new enterprise as well as development plan of this enterprise for the first three years. Core idea of current Master Paper is to establish small-scale, competitive and comprehensive enterprise that with capital stock of 15000.00 LVL and bank loan of 40000.00 LVL will be able to provide service to the customers in the time period of three month. Enterprise will provide road construction, road planning and consulting works; additionally, small educational centre will be established. It will serve as a structural unit and work upon international projects aimed on experience exchange between workers, offered not only to workers of the enterprise under discussion, but to other enterprises as well. The main purpose of the centre is to raise competitiveness level of Latvian enterprises and develop this sector.
