Abstract
Bakalaura darbā analizēta personāla attīstības nozīme mūsdienu IT uzņēmumos, izmantojot SIA “Tietoevry Latvia” piemēru. Pētījuma mērķis ir novērtēt personāla attīstības sistēmu efektivitāti un sniegt ieteikumus to pilnveidošanai. Izmantojot literatūras analīzi, ekonomisko rādītāju izvērtējumu un darbinieku aptauju, noskaidrots, ka apmācību programmas uzlabo produktivitāti un darbinieku iesaisti. Izstrādāti priekšlikumi stratēģiskai personāla attīstības vadībai un ieguldījumu atdeves izvērtēšanai.
This bachelor's thesis explores the importance of personnel development in modern IT enterprises, focusing on SIA “Tietoevry Latvia”. The aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of staff development systems and provide improvement recommendations. Based on literature review, economic analysis, and employee survey, the research finds that training programmes increase productivity and engagement. Strategic proposals for human resource development and investment efficiency assessment are presented.
