Kohēzija un koherence recepšu krājumos

Abstract

Šis bakalaura darbs koncentrējas uz gramatisko kohēzijas instrumentu izpēti receptēs divās grāmatās. Pētījuma jautājums ir šāds: vai gramatiskā kohēzija palīdz recepšu tekstu saistībā. Lai iegūtu rezultātus, tika pielietota Halideja un Hasana (Halliday and Hasan) (1976) kodēšanas shēma. Izpētes jautājums tika novērtēts, veicot no abām kolekcijām ņemtu mikro un makro piemēru salīdzinošo analīzi. Mikro un makro piemēru kvalitatīvās analīzes rezultāti norādīja uz to, ka gramatiskās kohēzijas instrumenti (atsauces) receptēs pārsvarā netiek izmantoti, un pierādīja, ka receptes vairāk pieskaitāmas pie instruējošiem, nevis kohezīviem tekstiem. The present bachelor thesis focuses on the research of grammatical cohesive devices in recipes from two collections. The research question was if grammatical cohesion assists in making the text of recipes cohesive. In order to obtain the results, Halliday and Hasan’s (1976) coding scheme was implemented. The research question was validated by a comparative analysis of micro and macro samples taken from both collections. The results of the qualitative analysis of micro and macro samples showed that grammatical cohesive devices (references) are not very much used in recipes and proved that recipes belong more to instructional than to cohesive texts.
