Abstract

Tēma – Motivācijas izpēte banku pakalpojumos. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izzināt motivācijas instrumentu nozīmi, veikt motivācijas analīzi Gulbenes bankās. Maģistra darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām – pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīta motivācija kopumā, otrajā nodaļā autore izzina bankas, kas atrodas Gulbenē, trešajā nodaļā veikta banku darbinieku motivācijas analīze. Realizējot maģistra darba mērķi, autore aptaujāja Gulbenes banku darbiniekus, pielietojot aptaujas anketēšanas metodi, kā arī tika izmantotas vēl sekojošas metodes: literatūras referatīvā analīze un statistikas metode. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 84 lappuses, 42 attēli un 1 tabula. Darba veikšanai izmantotās literatūras, normatīvo dokumentu un citu informācijas avotu skaits ir 28. Darbam pievienoti 2 pielikumi.

The subject – Motivation analyses in bank services. The aim of the master paper is to study the motivator tools and to analyse motivation in bank staff in Gulbene. The master paper consists of three parts – in the first part author studies motivation, in the second part author looks in bank in Gulbene and in the third part author studies the motivating aspects for the employees of the Gulbenes bank. In order to archieve the aim of the paper the author questioned the employees of the Gulbenes banks, using questionnaires and following methods: the analysis of scientific researches and the statistical method. The master paper consists of 84 pages, 42 pictures and 1 table. 28 bibliographic sources, legislation and resolutions and other sources were used. The paper has 2 appendixes.
