Abstract

Tēma Kā jaunās tehnoloģijas ietekmē ekonomikas attīstību? novērtē jauno tehnoloģiju ietekmi uz šo jauno revolūciju, ar kuru mēs saskaramies jau dažus gadus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt faktorus, kas ietekmē ekonomisko attīstību. Darbā iekļautie statistikas dati ir analizēti, izmantojot dažādas metodes. Pēdējā gadsimta ceturkšņa ekonomisko izaugsmi noteikti ir pavadījušas vēl nebijušas ekonomiskās pārmaiņas. Dramatiskā pasaules ekonomikas atvēršanās apvienojumā ar straujo tehnoloģiju attīstību ir uzlabojusi miljardiem cilvēku labklājību un dzīves līmeni visā pasaulē, īpaši starp nabadzīgākajiem cilvēkiem, bet šo procesu noteikti ir papildinājušas ekonomikas un darba tirgus izmaiņas - produktivitāte ir palielinājusies un nozares, kuras neattīstas tiek aizstātas ar jaunām. Pētījums ļāva uzlabot izpratni par to, kā piekļūt jaunajām tehnoloģijām, kā tās izmērīt, strukturēt, pārvaldīt un arī mazināt. Pētījuma secinājumi parādīja plašu jauno tehnoloģiju izpratni un pārliecību pār tam. Bailes no pilnīgas digitālās pasaules vairs nav tikai nākotnes ilūzija.

The thesis How new technologies affect economic development? evaluates the impact of the new technologies on this new revolution that we are facing since a few years. The aim of this thesis is to study and analyze factors affecting the economic development. Statistical data included in this thesis have been analysed using various methods. The economic growth of the last quarter century has necessarily been accompanied by unprecedented economic change. The dramatic opening of the global economy, combined with the rapid evolution of technology, has improved the well-being and standard of living of billions of people around the world, especially the poorest people. But this process has necessarily been accompanied by economic and labor market change as productivity has increased and declining industries have been replaced by new ones. This research resulted in an enhanced understanding of how new technology is accessed, measured, structured, governed and mitigated. The conclusions derived from the research exhibited a vast awareness and assurance of new technologies. The fear of a full digital world is present.
