Neobjektīva eksperta ietekmes novēršana, lietojot speciālā veida agregāciju

Abstract

Darbs ir veltīts lēmumu pieņemšanai, balstoties uz ekspertu novērtējumiem un lietojot priekšrocību attiecību agregāciju. Katra eksperta viedoklim atbilstoša priekšrocību attiecību matrica ir ģenerēta uz ranžēšanas vektora pamata. Priekšrocību attiecību matricu modificētā agregācija ļauj samazināt neobjektīva eksperta ietekmi uz ekspertu grupas lēmuma pieņemšanu. Modificētā agregācija izmanto līdzības pakāpes un ļauj palielināt līdzību starp ekspertu sniegtiem novērtējumiem.This bachelor thesis is devoted to decision making based on the experts evaluations and aggragation of preference relations. Each of expert’s evaluation preference relation is generated using ranking method. The modification of aggregation of preference relation matrices allows to reduce biased expert effect on the expert group decision making. The proposed modificated aggregation uses similarity degrees and allows us to increase similarity between the expert’s evaluations.
