Abstract
Diplomdarba tēma ir zobārstniecības SIA “Valis” finanšu analīzes un ekonomiskās situācijas novērtējums. Darba mērķis ir veikt SIA “Valis” finanšu analīzi, pamatojoties uz to, izdarīt secinājumus par uzņēmumā esošo finansiālo stāvokli un izvirzīt priekšlikumus, kā turpmāk pilnveidot uzņēmējdarbību SIA “Valis”.Darbā gaitā tika izpētīta speciālā literatūra. Veikta SIA „Valis” horizontāla, vertikāla, un finanšu koeficientu analīze, kā arī tika aprēķināta bankrota varbūtība uzņēmumā.Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā tiks ietverta finanšu analīzes teorija, kurā tiks aprakstīti finanšu analīzes paņēmieni, kā arī rādītāji. Otrā - veltīta uzņēmuma nozares aprakstam un vispārējam uzņēmuma raksturojumam. Trešajā - veikta uzņēmuma analīze, balstoties uz ekonomiskajiem rādītājiem, kuri galvenokārt ņemti no uzņēmuma gada pārskatiem.Diplomdarba apjoms ir 70 lpp.ar 4 pielikumiem. The topic of the thesis is financial analysis and evaluation of the economic situation of dental clinic "Valis" Ltd.The aims of the thesis are to perform financial analysis of “Valis” Ltd,draw conclusions about the company’s current economic situation and suggest potential improvements for the business model.The thesis contains literature review of financial analysis methodology, as well as horizontal, vertical and financial indicator analysis and the calculation of the bankruptcy probability of “Valis” Ltd.The work is divided into three parts.The first part includes financial analysis theory, which describes financial analysis techniques and methodology.The second part of the work investigates the business sector and general characteristics of the company.The third part is the analysis of the company based on economic indicators, which were taken from the company's annual financial reports.The thesis consists of 70 pages and 4 appendices and there are 24 tables, 24 formulas,2 figures
