Ārvalstu korespondenta darba specifika karadarbības Afganistānā atspoguļošana (2001.g.)

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Ārvalstu korespondenta darba specifika atspoguļojot karadarbību Afganistānā (2001)” ar kvalitatīvās metodes pieeju - strukturēto interviju palīdzību iegūti dati par Latvijas ārvalstu korespondentu pieredzi un sava darba vērtējumu salīdzinot ar Amerikas Savienoto Valstu, Krievijas, Ukrainas, Lietuvas, Lielbritānijas un Norvēģijas ārvalstu korespondentu pieredzēm. Tāpat darbā piedāvāta teorētiskā literatūra, kas intriģējoši attiecas uz praktisko darba pusi. Pētījuma hipotēze - Latvijas ārvalstu korespondentu darba veikšanas noteicošais kavēklis ir ierobežotie finansiālie resursi. „Work specifics of foreign correspondent, covering war in Afghanistan in 2001” is the Bachelor Paper, in which the qualitative approach with structured interviews as methodology had been used to gather data of experiences and own work evaluations of two Latvian foreign correspondents comparing to the ones from United Stated, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Great Britain and Norway. Also there is theoretical information you can find, which has an intriguing attachment to practical efforts of the profession. Research’s hypothesis: The main obstacle of Latvian foreign correspondents work conduct is the limited financial resources. There is an interesting empirical material gathered as much for an Afghanistan, as conflict coverage coterie, which it is a value as allows each of readers to get his/her own impressions and conclusions. Noteworthy is to pay attention, when speaking about conflict regions, where today, when the paper has been written, there were 50 civilians and 15 military people were killed, while respondents recalls begin to fade from long-time- ago events in year 2001.
