Sociālais darbs ar bezpajumtniekiem

Abstract

Autores analizē sociālā darba nepieciešamību darbā ar bezpajumtniekiem. Tiks apskatītas bezpajumtnieku mērķa grupas, riski, kas ietekmē cilvēku kļūšanu par bezpajumtniekiem un aizkavē viņu pilnvērtīgu funkcionēšanu, un atgriešanos pie normāliem dzīves apstākļiem. Kā arī tiks pētīts preventīvais sociālais darbs, lai noskaidrotu, kādi sociālie pakalpojumi pastāv, lai novērstu šīs sociālās problēmas veidošanos un aizkavētu esošās problēmas tālāko attīstību un vairošanos. Preventīvā sociālā darba skaidrojums darbā – sociālie dienesti piedāvā gan preventīvos pakalpojumus, gan pakalpojumus ikdienas skartajiem bezpajumtniekiem. Kā diplomdarba mērķi autores izvirzīja pētīt sociālā darba specifiku darbā ar dažādām bezpajumtnieku grupām. Tiek veiktas ekspertu intervijas 7 Rīgas patversmēs, 1 dienas centrā bezpajumtniekiem un 1 krīzes centrā, lai noskaidrotu ekspertu viedokli par esošo problēmu, tās risināšanas iespējām un nozīmi sociālajā darbā ar bezpajumtniekiem. Pamatojoties uz apkopoto informāciju, tiek analizēta sociālā darba nozīme ar bezpajumtniekiem. Darbā izmantotās pētniecības metodes: zinātniskās literatūras analīze un daļēji strukturētas intervijas.

Authors analyse the necessity of social work working with homeless persons. There will be a discuss the groups of homeless person, the risks, which affect person to become a homeless person and to block the person to his valuable functionation, and return to normal life condition. Also there will research the social work of prevention to enquire what kind of social services are to prevent these kind of problems development and to delay existent problem second progression un increase. The aim of the graduation work is to research the specificity of social work with diferent groups of homeless persons. Interviews of experts in 7 Riga home, 1 day centre for homeless persons and 1 centre of crisis to enquire exsperts opinion about existing problem, its possibility of development and social work meaning of homeless persons. Considering the information being collected, the authors analysed effectiveness of the social work with homeless persons. Research methods used in the work – analyse of the academic literature, semi-structured and interviews.
