Abstract
Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, datorsalikumā uz 66 lapām, ar 4 pielikumiem.
Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas, kurā iekļauti 34 attēli, 4 tabulas un 43 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem.
Darba mērķis: Salīdzināt priekšējo acu struktūru izmaiņu korelāciju līdzestīgiem un nelīdzestīgiem silikona hidrogēlo kontaktlēcu lietotājiem.
Darba uzdevumi: Novērtēt acs priekšējo daļu izmaiņas pēc Efrona gradācijas skalas silikona hidrogēlo kontaktlēcu lietotājiem.
Metode: Pētījumā piedalījās 195 pacienti vecumā no 20-54 gadiem, miopi. Tika ņemtas tikai SHMKL no firmas Ciba Vision, Focus Night & Day.
Secinājumi: Atklāts, ka silikona hidrogēlo kontaktlēcu lietotājiem, kuri KL nomaina laikā nav konstatētas nozīmīgas izmaiņas acu priekšējās daļās.

The Master thesis is written in Latvian in computer printout on 66 pages with 4 attachments. The thesis consists of introduction, literature review and practical parts, where 34 pictures, 4 tables and 43 references on literature sources are included. Aim:To compare anterior eye structure changes correlation for compliance and noncompliance user of soft silicone hydrogel contact lenses. Tasks:To assess anterior part of eye changes after Efron Grading Scale for users of silicone hydrogel contact lenses. Method:195 patients, age 20 – 54, myopes, participated in the research. Only SHMKL from Ciba Vision, Night & Day contact lenses were used. Conclusions:It is found that users of silicone hydrogel contact lenses, who change CL on time, do not have significant changes in anterior part of eye.
