Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Terapeitisko spēļu pielietojums bērnu stacionārā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu psiholoģiskās īpatnības. Hospitalizācija tiem ir jauna, un bieži vien mulsinoša pieredze. Vislabāk to var novērot izvērtējot pirmsoperācijas stresu pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. Bērna negatīvā pieredze pirms operācijas var izraisīt dažādas saslimšanas, kā arī uzvedības izmaiņas. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt terapeitisko spēļu metodes pielietošanas efektivitāti pirms operācijas periodā, balstoties uz fizioloģisko un vitālo parametru rādītājiem. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par terapeitisko spēļu izmantošanu pirmsoperācijas periodā; izstrādāt rotaļnodarbības kompleksu un veikt novērošanu tās laikā; apkopot, analizēt datus; izdarīt secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus. Izvirzīta hipotēze ir terapeitisko spēļu pielietošana pirmsoperācijas periodā efektīvi samazina fizioloģiskos rādītājus - pulsa frekvences, mazāks vidējais asinsspiediens, svīšanu un ķermeņa kustības, pētniecības jautājums ir kā spēļu terapijas pielietojums samazina pirmsoperācijas stresa līmeni bērnu stacionārā. Pētniecības instruments – protokols ar mērījumiem bērniem un novērojums. Pētniecības metode ir kvalitatīvi kvantitatīvais pētījums. Veiktie teorētiskie un praktiskie pētījumi ļāva izdarīt secinājumus, ka ir svarīgi pielietot terapeitiskas spēles, kā būtisku pirmsoperācijas sagatavošanas procesa sastāvdaļu, lai sagatavotu bērnus gaidāmai operācijai, spēle rada pozitīvas emocijas, palīdz tikt galā ar stresu pirms operācijas, kas apstiprina izvirzīto hipotēzi.

Hospitalization is new and often confusing experience for them. This can best be observed in the preoperative assessment of stress in pre-school age children. The child's negative experience prior to surgery can cause various diseases, as well as behavioral changes. The objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of the method of the therapeutic games before the operation period, based on physiological parameters and vital parameters. Research objectives are to analyze the scientific literature about the therapeutic use of gaming in the preoperative period; To develop gaming complex and observe the patient during this; collect and analyze data; draw conclusions and put forward proposals. The hypothesis is - the therapeutic use of gaming in the preoperative period effectively reduces the physiological indicators - the pulse frequency, lower average blood pressure, reduces sweating, and body movements, the research question is how the usage of game therapy reduces preoperative stress levels of children in hospital. Research tool - the protocol for children with measurements and observation. The research method is qualitative quantitative research. Theoretical and practical studies led to the conclusion that it is important to use the therapeutic games as an essential pre-operative process to prepare children for the forthcoming operation, the game creates positive emotions, it helps to cope with stress before surgery, what confirms the hypothesis.
