Abstract

Bakalaura darba autors Egīls Kaužēns, Bakalaura darba tēma – „Kvalitātes vadības sistēmas ieviešana A/S „SAO Centrs” projektēšanas birojā” Bakalaura darba mērķis: Izvērtēt A/S „SAO Centrs” izstrādāto un ieviesto KVS un izvērtēt A/S „SAO Centrs KVS ieviešanas gaitu un rezultātus. Darbs sastāv no ievada, pamatdaļas, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pamatdaļu veido piecas nodaļas: pirmajā nodaļā tiek sniegta informācija par kvalitātes vadības ieviešanas teorētisko pamatu un efektivitāti, standartu nozīmi un vadības principiem; otrajā nodaļā tiek izklāstītas vispārīgās ziņas par organizāciju - tās struktūru, realizēto procesu identificēšanu, KVS izveidošanas sertificēšanas plānu un esošā stāvokļa analīzi; trešajā nodaļā atspoguļoti A/S „SAO Centrs” projektēšanas biroja kvalitātes vadības sistēmas izstrādes soļi – KV politikas un mērķu izstrāde, realizācijas procesi, procesu mijiedarbība, produkta īstenošana, galveno pamata procesu norise un vadība; ceturtajā nodaļā raksturota autora vadībā izveidotās kvalitātes vadības sistēmas darbības sfēra, struktūra, dokumentācijas vadība; piektajā nodaļā sniegts kvalitātes vadības sistēmas pārskats un sertificēšana projektēšanas birojā, pētījumu metodes - to rezultāti un audita rezultāti Bakalaura darba nobeigumā ir doti galvenie secinājumi un priekšlikumi kvalitātes sistēmas darbības uzlabošanai A/S „SAO Centrs” projektēšanas birojā. Bakalaura darba kopējais apjoms ir 60 lappuses. Bakalaura darbs satur: 4. tabulas, 6. attēlus, izmantoti 18 literatūras avoti.

The author of the paper – Egīls Kaužēns. The subject of the paper – "Implementation of the quality control system in the designing office of the joint-stock company "SCO Centrs". The aim of the paper is to examine the quality control systems and develop up a system that would suit the operations and structure of the designing office of the joint-stock company "SCO Centrs". The paper consists of an introduction, a study, and the conclusions and suggestions. The study consists of five chapters. The first chapter contains studies of the theoretical concepts of quality control systems and their effectiveness, role of the quality standards, and management principles. The second chapter provides general information on the company. This chapter describes the structure of the company, identifies its operations, explains the action plan for implementation of the quality control system, and analyses the current situation. The third chapter puts forward the steps needed for development of the quality control system in the joint-stock company "SCO Centrs". The chapter presents development of the policy and aims of the quality control system, defines the operations and identifies their interactions, and describes development of the product and conduct and management of the operations. The forth chapter contains the first version of the suggested quality control system. It pays special attention to the areas covered, structure of the system, and administration of the documentation. The fifth chapter gives overview on the designing office's current quality control system and its certification. Also, this chapter describes the methods of the research and the results of the research and audit. Conclusions and suggestions for the implementation of the quality control system in the designing office of joint-stock company "SCO Centrs" are provided in the final part of the paper. The volume of the paper is 60 pages. 6 drawings and 4 tables illustrate the paper. The paper is based on 18 publications.
