Ētikas pamatprincipu ievērošana Neatliekamās medicīnas centrā

Abstract

Veselības aprūpes sniedzēju nedrīkst ietekmēt nekādi aizspriedumi, veicot pacienta veselības aprūpi, neatkarīgi no tā, kādā stāvoklī viņi ir. Neatliekamās medicīnas centrā strādājošam māsām nepārtraukti jārūpējas par pacientiem un viņu jūtam, kamēr viņi tiek izmeklēti un ārstēti. Ētikas pamatprincipu ievērošanai, kas izpaužas kā cieņa pret cilvēka vērtību sistēmu, principiem un personīgajiem uzskatiem, ir īpaši svarīga Neatliekamās medicīnas centrā strādājošo māsu vidū. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ētikas pamatprincipu ievērošanu Neatliekamās medicīnas centrā. Pētījuma metode kvalitatīva un darba instruments ir novērošanas protokols. Pētījuma laikā tika novērotas 10 NMC strādājošas māsas. Atbildot uz pētījuma jautājumu, kādi ētikas pamatprincipi tiek ievēroti Neatliekamās medicīnas centrā, tika secināts, ka NMC strādājošas māsas ievēro autonomijas respektēšanas, laba darīšanas, nekaitēšanas un taisnīguma principus.

A healthcare provider cannot be affected by any prejudice when servicing the patients, regardless of the patient’s condition. The nurses working at the Emergency department have to take care of the patients and their feelings all the time while they are being examined and medicated. The observance of fundamental ethical principles that is expressed as respect for the human value system, life principles and individual opinions plays a critical part among the Emergency department nurses. The thesis goal is to determine the observance of fundamental ethical principles at the Emergency department. The research method was qualitative, and the research tool was observation protocol. 10 nurses of the Emergency department have been observed during the research. When trying to answer the research question – what fundamental principles are observed at the Emergency department – it was stated that the nurses observe the following principles: principle of autonomy, principle of beneficence, principle of non-maleficence and principle of justice.
