Abstract
Darba gaitā tiek pievērsta uzmanība vairāku izdevniecības produktu un pakalpojumu nodrošināšanai: ziņu portāliem, laikraksta elektroniskajam arhīvam, abonēšanas, konferenču, rokasgrāmatu u.c. nodaļu darbībai un aktivitātēm. Tiek novērtēta esošā situācija, kā arī apskatītas iespējas uzlabot noteikta produkta uzturēšanu vai pakalpojumu sniegšanu.
Darba mērķis ir paātrināt aplūkojamo aktivitāšu norisi, izslēdzot vai automatizējot iespējamos procesus. Tā rezultātā tiek veikti vairāki uzturēšanas un sistēmu lietošanas uzlabojumi.
There are several aspects of system maintenance and usage viewed in this paper. Several publishing house products and services are viewed: news portals, newspaper archive, subscription, conferences and handbooks. One of the main discussed aspects is work efficiency in a concrete process. A usability of viewed systems also is discussed. As a result actions are planned and performed to improve work with the mentioned systems.
