Latvijas darbaspēka nodokļu sistēmas izmaiņu un atalgojuma izmaiņu ietekme uz Mārupes novada pašvaldības budžetu un darbinieku motivāciju

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir „Latvijas darbaspēka nodokļu sistēmas izmaiņu un atalgojuma izmaiņu ietekme uz Mārupes novada pašvaldības budžetu un darbinieku motivāciju”. Maģistra darba mērķis bija veikt darbaspēka nodokļa analīzi Baltijas valstīs, kā arī novērtēt Latvijas darbaspēka nodokļu sistēmas izmaiņu un atalgojuma izmaiņu ietekmi uz Mārupes novada pašvaldības budžetu un darbinieku motivāciju, un izstrādāt priekšlikumus konstatēto nepilnību novēršanai. Pētījuma rezultātā noskaidrotas problēmas, kas skar Mārupes novada pašvaldību, ieviešot darbaspēka nodokļu reformu, kā rezultātā izstrādāti priekšlikumi šo problēmu risināšanai.

The theme of the present master paper is “The influence of the changes in the Latvia’s labour tax system and the change in wages on the budget of the Mārupe municipality and the motivation of the employees”. The aim of the paper is to analyse the labour tax in the Baltic States, as well as to estimate the influence of the change in the Latvia’s labour tax system and the change in wages on the budget of the Mārupe municipality and the motivation of the employees and to develop proposals for the elimination of the flaws found. In the result of the research, problems were found in the Mārupe municipality regarding the launching of the labour tax reform and proposals of solving the problem were developed.
