Blokķēžu tehnoloģijas pielietošana augstskolu diplomu autentifikācijas sistēmas izveidē

Abstract

Šobrīd Latvijā nepastāv vienota diplomu autentifikācijas sistēma, tāpēc gadījumā, ja ir nepieciešams pārliecināties, ka diploms nav viltots – ir jāveic rakstisks iesniegums augstskolai. Darba mērķis ir piedāvāt risinājumu šai problēmai, izstrādājot vienotu diplomu autentifikācijas sistēmas tehnoloģisko risinājumu. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek izpētītas datu apstrādes sistēmas, blokķēdes tehnoloģija un platformas, aprakstot to īpašības un darbības principu. Tika noskaidrots, ka blokķēdes tehnoloģija ir atbilstoša darba mērķa sasniegšanai Darba praktiskajā daļā tika apzināti pasaulē esošie blokķēdes tehnoloģijas risinājumi izglītības nozarē. Tika veikta aptauja par Latvijā esošajām augstskolu diplomu uzglabāšanas sistēmām un izveidots tehnoloģiskais risinājums vienotai augstskolu diplomu autentifikācijas sistēmai, izmantojot Hyperledger Fabric platformu un viedo līgumu (chaincode).

There is currently no unified system for the authentication of diplomas in Latvia, so if it is necessary to make sure that the diploma is not falsified, a written application must be made to the institution of higher education. The aim of the work is to solve this problem by developing technological solution to the diploma authentication system. The theoretical part of the work examines data processing systems, blockchain technology and platforms, describing their characteristics and the principle of work. Blockchain technology was found to be relevant for the goal of work. The practical part of the work identified the worldwide blockchain technology solutions in the education sector. A survey was conducted on the systems for the storage of high-school diplomas in Latvia and a technological solution was established for a unified system for the authentication of high-school diplomas, using the Hyperledger Fabric platform and the Smart Contract (chaincode).
