Atjaunojamās enerģijas ražošanas potenciālu novērtējums Valkas rajonā

Abstract

Darba tēmas izvēle saistīta ar tēmas aktualitāti un fosilo resursu cenu neprognozējamību. Darba tēmas aktuāli praktisko nozīmi apstiprina tas, ka Latvijā atjaunojamās enerģijas ražošana ir jauns un nozīmīgs uzdevums.

Darba mērķis ir sniegt atjaunojamās enerģijas ražošanas potenciālu novērtējumu un veikt izmantoto iespēju analīzi. Darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām un vienpadsmit apakšnodaļām. Darbā analizētas atjaunojamo energoresursu ieviešanas iespējas Valkas rajonā, izvērtēta Eiropas valstu pieredze atjaunojamo energoresursu ieviešanas atbalstīšanā un normatīvo aktu izmainīšanā. Izstrādājot darbu, veikta uzņēmēju un pašvaldību vadītāju aptauja par iespējām ieviest alternatīvos enerģijas avotus Valkas rajonā un plānotajām investīcijām. Izdarītās analīzes, rezultāti apkopoti darba beigās secinājumu un priekšlikumu veidā.

Darbs izstrādāts izmantojot zinātniskās publikācijas, Eiropas Savienības normatīvo un statistisko informāciju, Latvijas valsts institūciju informatīvos materiālus par Eiropas Savienības un valsts struktūrfondu programmām, LR Centrālās Statistikas pārvaldes izdevumus un dažādu starptautisko un Latvijas konferenču materiālus, kompetentu speciālistu analītisko viedokli un vērtējumu, nepublicētus Vidzemes attīstības aģentūras materiālus un citus literatūras avotus. Darba apjoms ir 91 lapa un tajā ir 18 tabulas un 24 attēli

The choice of the topic is related to the urgent of the topic and unpredictable price of fossil resources. The topic of the paper is urgent because in Latvia the production of renewable energy is new and significant problem

The aim of the work is to provide the information on the role of renewable energy and perform analysis of results. On the paper analyzed renewable resource implementation in the Valka district and reassessed the experience of European Union states in supporting renewable resources and changing different norms. Author of the paper has made businessman and local government inquire about the possibilities to establish renewable energy sources in the Valka district and about planned investments. Author has made an analysis and the results are written down at the end of the paper.

The research is done using EU statistical and normative information, information from institutions of the Republic of Latvia about the use of EU Structural Funds, Issues of State Statistical Bureau, different materials from national and international conferences, evaluation of competent specialists and other bibliography

Research work of 91 page contains 18 tables and 24 figures. Work consists of three chapters and eleven subchapters.
