Abstract
Maģistra darba tēma ir „Kvalitātes vadības aspektu izmantošana projektu vadīšanā tirgus un socioloģisko pētījumu uzņēmumos”.
Maģistra darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz kvalitātes vadības un projektu vadības teorētiskām atziņām, izstrādāt uz kvalitātes vadības atziņām balstītu modeli, pielietošanai projektu vadīšanas dažādās fāzēs, un ar konkrētu uzņēmumu palīdzību, izpētīt kvalitātes vadības un projektu vadības metožu veiksmīgu pielietošanu praksē, atklāt iespējamās metožu pielietošanas nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus to novēršanai.
Topic of the master's theses: Use of aspects of Quality Management managing projects in market and sociological research companies. The objective of this theses to study on the basis of Quality management and Project management theories, to develop the Model of the use of Quality management knowledge managing projects, and to research successful use of Quality management and Project management methods by the example of concrete enterprises for methods’ application failures discovery also to put forward proposals how to solve these problems.
