Sabiedriskā transporta nozares stratēģiskās attīstības scenāriji.

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir “Sabiedriskā transporta nozares stratēģiskās attīstības scenāriji”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pētījuma ietvaros, izstrādāt vienu kopējo iespējamo sabiedriskā transporta scenāriju. Darba uzdevumi ir noteikti atbilstoši izvēlētajam mērķim. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 11 apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā apskatīta teorētiskā bāze par scenāriju izstrādi. Darba otrajā nodaļā analizēti sabiedriskā transporta nozares attīstības ietekmējošie normatīvie akti Latvijā. Trešajā nodaļā izstrādāti trīs atšķirīgi scenāriji, apkopots ekspertu vērtējums par tiem. Pamatojoties uz ekspertīzes rezultātiem, izstrādāts vienots kombinētais scenārijs sabiedriskā transporta nozares attīstībai, nosakot dzelzceļa pasažieru pārvadājumu attīstību kā prioritāti. Darba nobeigumā darba autore sniedz secinājumus un priekšlikumus.

The topic of the Master’s thesis is “Scenarios for the strategic development of public transport”. The aim of the master's work is to develop one common possible public transport scenario as part of the study. Job tasks are defined according to the selected goal. The work consists of 3 chapters and 11 subsections. The first chapter deals with the theoretical basis for the development of scenarios. The second section of work analyses the regulatory enactments affecting the development of the public transport sector in Latvia. The third chapter draws up three different scenarios, summarizing the expert's assessment of them. Based on the results of the expert-examination, a single combined scenario for the development of the public transport sector has been developed, with the development of rail passenger transport as a priority. At the end of the work, the author of the work provides conclusions and proposals.
