Salaspils pilsētas publiskā ārtelpa: tās attīstības iespējas

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir iezīmēt Salaspils pilsētas publiskās ārtelpas attīstības iespējas. Pilsētas publiskā ārtelpa Salaspilī līdz šim nav plānota un skatītas tās attīstības iespējas.. Lai realizētu maģistra darbā izvirzīto mērķi, tika veikts literatūras apskats par publiskās ārtelpas nozīmi, problēmām un aktualitātēm mūsdienu pilsētplānošanā, tika iepazīta vēsturiskā un pilsētas struktūras attīstības gaita, izpētīti vēsturiskie Salaspils plānojumi un izvērtēta publiskās ārtelpas attīstība autonomās pilsētas daļās. Darba izstrādes laikā, ņemot vērā Salaspils pilsētas struktūru, tika noteiktas pilsētas apkaimes, pilsētas publiskā ārtelpa izanalizēta pa aktivitāšu teritorijām pilsētas un apkaimju kontekstā. Balstoties uz funkcionālo un kvalitatīvo analīzi, tiek piedāvāti risinājumi Salaspils publiskās ārtelpas attīstībai, nosakot publiskās ārtelpas struktūras elementus. Maģistra darba apjoms ar pielikumiem ir 94 lapaspuse. Darbā iekļauti 63 attēli un 10 pielikumi.

The purpose of the Master’s Paper is to outline the development possibilities of the public open space of Salaspils town. By now the public open space of Salaspils has not been planned and its development possibilities have not been considered. In order to attain the aim set in the Master’s Paper, there has been carried out review of literature on the significance, problems and topicalities of public open space in modern urban planning, learned the historical and urban structure development pace, studied historical planning of Salaspils and assessed the development of the public open space autonomous parts of the town. During elaboration of the Master’s Paper, taking into account the structure of Salaspils town, there been determined neighbourhoods of the town, the public open space was analysed according the activity territories in the context of the town and its neighbourhoods. Based on the functional and quantitative analysis, the author offers solutions for development of the public open space of Salaspils, determining the structural elements of the public open space. The total volume of the Master’s Paper is 94 pages. The Paper contains 63 images and 10 enclosures.
