Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Nereģistrētā nodarbinātība Latvijā” tiek aplūkots viens no galvenajiem ēnu ekonomiku izraisošajiem faktoriem – nereģistrētā nodarbinātība. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt nereģistrēto nodarbinātību Latvijā, identificējot galvenās problēmas, un sniegt priekšlikumus situācijas uzlabošanai. Darbā pētīta nereģistrētās nodarbinātības būtība un situācija Latvijā. Analizēti nereģistrētas nodarbinātības cēloņi, izvērtēti darba algu aprēķinu rezultāti un nākotnes iespējas nereģistrētās nodarbinātības mazināšanai. Nereģistrētā nodarbinātība ir vērtējama, kā process, kuru nepieciešams pēc iespējas efektīvāk izskaut, jo tas valstī rada negatīvu ietekmi uz tautsaimniecību, kā arī būtiski mazina kopējo labklājības līmeni.

The Bachelor’s Paper “Unregistered employment in Latvia” studies one of the key factors causing the shadow economy – unregistered employment. The purpose of the Paper is to study the unregistered employment in Latvia, identifying the major problems, and to give recommendations in order to improve the situation. The Paper studies the nature of the unregistered employed and situation in Latvia. It analysis the causes for unregistered employed, evaluates the results of salary calculations and future opportunities in order to decrease the unregistered employment. The unregistered employment is to be assessed as a process to be eradicated as much as possible effectively due to the fact that it leaves a negative influence on national economy as well as significantly decreases the total well-being.
