Konverģences procesi Latvijas plānošanas reģionos un ERAF fonda finanšu līdzekļu potenciālais ienesums IKP pieaugumā

Abstract

Aigara Rūduļa maģistra darbā „Konverģences procesi Latvijas plānošanas reģionos un ERAF fonda finanšu līdzekļu potenciālais ienesums IKP pieaugumā” autors analizējis konverģences koncepcijas, un konverģences procesa novērtēšanas metodes, kā arī ekonomiskās izaugsmes IKP veidā novērtēšanas atšķirīgos paņēmienus un ERAF fonda attīstību ES ietvaros, sīkāku analīzi veicot par Latviju. Konverģences kontekstā atsevišķi nodalītas σ-konverģence un β-konverģence un to modifikācijas. Pētījumā arī analizētas alternatīvās metodes konverģences analīzei un ar attiecīgajiem vienādojumiem novērtēta Latvijas reģionu konverģence, kā arī novērtēts teorētiskais ERAF ienesums Latvijas IKP. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, trim nodaļām priekšlikumiem, kā arī izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta. In master’s thesis of Aigars Rudulis „Convergence proces in planning regions of Latvia and ERDF potential contributiot to GDP growth” author analyze different types of convergence conceptions as well as economical development by GDP different methods and ERDF fund development in EU and Latvia. In context of convergence, theory were seperated in sigma and beta convergences and their different modifications. In research paper also examined methods for the analysis of convergence and using relevant equations evaluated were anlyse proces of convergence in planing regions of Latvia and theoretical ERDF fund contribution in GDP of Latvia. Master’s thesis consists of introduction, three sections, conclusions, suggestions and list of references. Without appendices thesis is 85 pages long, is composed in Latvian and contains 11 tables, 12 figures and 3 annexes. KEYWORDS: Regional policy, convergence, economic growth, ERDF.
